• Problem breeders, pregnancy loss and infertility investigation

Veterinarian Dr Mick Ruppin head up the reproduction service. Mick has had a special interest in equine reproduction and has undertaken post-graduate courses in this area. Mick was responsible for the introduction of our embryo transfer service in 2016.

As with dental procedures, it is a requirement that mares bound for breeding services with our clinics be up to date with the Hendra vaccinations to be able to have support throughout the AI process as well as during foaling should any complications arise.
